WARRANTY POLICY

Maradyne High Performance Fans warrants to the Original Purchaser that the components of each fan package are free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of installation, or eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery and acceptance, whichever date first occurs.  This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, nor damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, maintenance, installation, abuse, accident, incorrect powersource, negligence, carelessness of operation, or alteration or repair of the product in any manner outside the factory without the prior written consent Maradyne.  Customer further acknowledges and understands that his Agreement is based performance derived from representative samples in a laboratory test environment.  MARADYNE CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OF FITNESS OR PERFORMANCE AS TO CUSTOMERS ACTUAL APPLICATION RESULTS; THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP ONLY.


RETURN POLICY

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Maradyne High Performance customer service at (800) 403-7953 or via email at fgarza@dcm-mfg.com

Please include your RMA number on your return package(s).

All products must be returned in its original retail box packaging with all accessories, manual, and all other items included with this product to be eligible for a refund.

Any return for a refund in which a warranty claim is not involved is subject to 15% restocking fee.

The freight associated with the return will be at the cost of the customer unless it is determined that the product is defective according to our warranty policy.

We recommend that the customer use FedEx or UPS for their return to allow for tracking by the customer and Maradyne High Performance.

Returns are usually processed within 5 days upon receipt of product within our plant.

Once the return has been processed our customer service team will notify you via email the status of your return.

The shipping and handling fees on the original shipment will not be refunded unless the product is defective per our warranty policy.

 Refunds will be credited back to the credit card on file at the time of purchase. The refund could take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
